WATER SYSTEM ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES

 

Park City Municipal Corporation is seeking a qualified contractor(s) to provide electrical services for a period of up to 5-years:

 

WATER SYSTEM ELECTRICAL AND CONTROL CONTRACTOR SERVICES

 

QUALIFICATIONS DUE BY: 4:00 p.m. local time, Tuesday, December 24, 2019, via email to Jake Rudolph, Water Treatment Superintendent at jrudolph@parkcity.org.

 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Park City Municipal Corporation is soliciting qualifications and rates from qualified firms for the purpose of providing electrical and control services to the City for the existing water system infrastructure.  The services are anticipated to be on an “As-Needed, On-Call and Emergency 24-hour” basis involving system related updates, modifications, troubleshooting, hardware acquisition, installation, testing, and start-up including:

  • Corrective maintenance trouble shooting any system malfunction within 24-hours of notification
  • Preventative maintenance
  • New electrical installations
  • Documentation and revision control

SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: Provide qualifications and rate structure for regular and emergency services.

All questions shall be submitted in writing by 4:00 p.m. MST on Friday, December 20, 2019, via e-mail to: jrudolph@parkcity.org.

Park City reserves the right to select multiple contractors and to reject any or all submittals received for any reason. Furthermore, the City shall have the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of the City.
