                                                        NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR MECHANICAL CONTROL SERVICES 2019 (NON-BID)

Park City Municipal Corporation (“PCMC”) is seeking the services of a qualified company to control the spread of noxious weeds via mechanical control for the following project:

RFP AVAILABLE:

A copy of the RFP will be available May 4, 2019, and can be obtained either in person or electronically by emailing Logan Jones, Trails and Open Space Coordinator, at logan.jones@parkcity.org or in person at Park City Municipal Corporation, 445 Marsac Ave., Third Floor, Sustainability Department, Park City, UT 84060. Specifications will be available at the above location or via email request from May 4, 2019, until May 13 2019.
PROPOSAL DUES: By 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13 2019 via hand delivery to Logan Jones, Trails and Open Space Coordinator, Park City Municipal Corporation, 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor, Sustainability Department, Park City, UT 84060, OR via email to logan.jones@parkcity.org.

PROJECT LOCATION: Summit County, Utah

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project work will be to control the spread of noxious weeds via mechanical control. The work will be based within Summit County and limited areas in Wasatch and Morgan Counties, Utah. The goal of this work is to help restore and promote native plant communities by decreasing noxious weed infestations, specifically by strategically treating noxious weeds with various types of mechanical control.
All questions shall be submitted in writing by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 10, 2019, via e-mail to: logan.jones @parkcity.org.

 Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, the City shall have the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of the City.
In the absence of the project manager, proposals should be dropped off to the City Recorder, located at 445 Marsac Avenue, Third Floor – Executive Department, Park City, UT 84060.
