SNOW REMOVAL ALERT: On Wednesday, January 30, between 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., crews will remove snow from Lowell Avenue, starting at Manor Way working towards Empire Avenue. Once completed, snow removal will continue along Empire Avenue between Lowell Avenue and Shadow Ridge, from 12:00–3:00 p.m.

All vehicles need to be removed from the street 2 hours prior to snow removal or will be subject to towing. Alternative free parking is available at City Park and the Richardson Flat Park-and-Ride.
