Expedited construction to replace water lines on Heber Avenue begins October 4 and will continue throughout the month. Lane restrictions on Park Avenue are anticipated on October 4, and Heber Avenue will be closed between Park Avenue and Main Street throughout October. Water services will be maintained during construction except for brief periods while new water lines are connected to the existing system – property owners will be informed.
