How to Watch, Listen, and Submit Public Comment Virtually:

• Listen | Watch | Submit eComment: Details here (Watch and Listen Live link is activated at the start of the meeting)

*Advance eComment registration required. Once registered, you should receive a confirmation email. Using Firefox or Microsoft Edge browsers to register is recommended.

• Listen | Watch | Comment: Zoom Webinar (please log in using the Zoom app to submit comment)
• Listen | Watch: Facebook Live (public comment not accepted on Facebook Live)

If you want to speak during a public hearing or share a general comment, you can participate by raising your hand on Zoom Webinar. Viewers who wish to provide public comment must sign in using their full names. Anonymous comments will not be accepted. Comments will be taken in the order they are received and will be entered into the public record.

eComments submitted before the day of Council meeting will be attached to the packet as appendices. eComments submitted on Council meeting days will be read into the record. In addition to virtual comments, some Council members will be meeting in the Council Chambers and the public can make comments in person.
