DEER VALLEY DRIVE

The project will provide improvements between the roundabout at Marsac Avenue/Deer Valley Drive to the "Y" at Deer Valley Drive North & Deer Valley Drive South. The project will;
1) Upgrade utility lines including improvements to the storm drain, replacing portions of the distrubution gas line (by Questar Gas), and replacing the distribution water line.
2) Improve traffic flow by constructing bus pullouts, adding a turn lane at the intersection of Deer Valley Drive/Deer Valley Drive North as well as updating directional signing and striping throughout the project area.
3) Resurface the roadway from the roundabout to Deer Valley North.

The pedestrian trail exists between Woodside Avenue and 8th Street/Crescent Road. The project will require design of multi-use pathway, utiltiy relocation, assessment and design of drainage, landscaping and retaining wall assessment and signage design/repair. |
