A permit to occupy public parking spaces may be issued for certain uses, such as construction, moving, long-term loading/unloading after delivery hours. The application fee is $20 plus a fee to occupy the spaces. Click here to

Upon conditional approval, the fee to occupy one space in each of the following areas is:
- Main Street Pay-and-Display $12/day
- Swede Alley Time-Limited $9/day
- Special Event - Approved Use $50/day
- Marsac Lots Long Term $20/month
- Residential Permit Zones $20/month
Spaces are not available for reservation merely to provide all day parking with no legitimate reason or purpose
