Fire Ban in Park City

Due to warm temperatures, high winds, and dry vegetation, the threat of wildfire has significantly increased. Accordingly, fireworks and open flames are prohibited in Park City until further notice. Violations of these restrictions may result in fines of up to $1,000 per violation, plus cost recovery of fire-fighting expenses.

How to Help
Utah is nationally known for its spirit of volunteerism. In addition to preparing ourselves for the unexpected, there are great opportunities to reach out to our neighbors and community. As we get involved, we can make preparedness a part of service.
