The Planning Commission meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 445 Marsac Avenue. Meetings begin at 5:30 and a work session may proceed the regular agenda. There are two (2) Planning Commission positions available for reappointment. Commission members must be residents of Park City. The Commission meets regularly on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m.
The Planning Commission was created pursuant to the Utah Code. Their scope review includes, but is not limited to Annexation requests, Subdivisions, Record of Survey Plats, Plat Amendments, Master Planned Developments, and Conditional Use Permits.
