New Fitness Floor 101 Class begins this week!

This introductory fitness floor orientation class will answer any questions you may have about the different machines, how they  work, areas of the floor, etiquette, and more.  Let us help you get the most out of your gym pass. Meet at the Trainer's Desk on the following dates and times.

                                              February 24th, 6-6:30pm
