Are you interested in the preservation of Park City’s historic character? Do you have questions about the “look” and “feel” of Old Town? Are you concerned about the suitability and compatibility of new buildings in the Historic Districts?

Park City is in the process of updating its Design Guidelines for Historic Districts and Historically Significant Buildings. These Guidelines, in conjunction with the Land Management Code (Park City’s land use ordinance), provide guidance and direction for property owners, architects, and design professionals in planning projects sympathetic with Park City’s unique heritage.

Interested residents and stakeholders are invited to participate in one or all of the public meetings where these issues will be discussed.
