Park City Municipal Corporation is seeking interested consultant teams to submit proposals for lighting controls and energy efficiency measures for the Municipal Athletic and Recreation Club (“PC MARC”). Proposals must be received by Park City by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday,  December 27, 2017.

All questions shall be submitted in writing by 1:00 p.m. on  Friday, December 22, 2017, via e-mail to: A scheduled walk through of the facility will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 10:00am. This will be the only opportunity for consultants to visit the facility with City staff and ask technical questions.

Park City Municipal Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason.  Furthermore, the City shall have the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of the City.
